Our Tumbling Programs

TUMBLING A: 60 MINUTES

This is our entry-level tumbling class. This class is designed around beginning level tumbling skills and strength. We use floor, rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids. Students will focus on skills such as, back walkovers, round offs, and back handsprings

TUMBLING B: 60 MINUTES

This class is very similar to Tumbling A, but designed for students who have mastered the basics. Students will focus on skills such as back tucks, front tucks and tumbling sequences

TUMBLING C: 60 MINUTES

This class is our most advanced recreational tumbling class. These students are working on skills such as layouts and twisting. This class is focused on more personal goals.  

SHOOTING STARS: 90 MINUTES

This class is designed for athletes who have an interest in tumbling, double mini, and trampoline. Students will learn the basics for T&T routines and building their strength

T&T PRE-TEAM: 90 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK

This is an Invite-Only program for students who have excelled in our recreational program who would like to advance to our T&T competitive team. This class is designed for students to learn how to be part of a team. This is a more disciplined class focused on more challenging skills and achieving goals.
