Josiah Singleton on Ninja course

LI'L NINJAS (3-5 YEARS OLD): 60 MINUTES

These classes focus on building a strong skill foundation as well as having lots fun getting exercise. In class athletes learn Ninja skills while training on ninja equipment like the warped wall, rope swing, rock wall, rope latter, and an obstacle course adjusted weekly. As well as foundational skills like ninja style rolls and body coordination.

BLUE NINJA (5-9 YEARS OLD): 60 MINUTES

These classes are designed for beginners, including ninja-style vaults, rolls, and wall spins. Also trampoline and tumbling basics, lache techniques, and how to use their momentum effectively on our array of ninja equipment. They will have fun as they build upper body strength and improve body coordination.

RED NINJA (5-9 YEARS OLD): 60 MINUTES

This class follows a similar, yet more intense curriculum as Blue, focusing on ninja vaults, trampoline and tumbling basics, leche techniques, and how to use their momentum effectively on our array of ninja equipment. This class is for students who have demonstrated sufficient knowledge, skill and behavior in a Blue class, ready for a more rigorous challenge to father their skill set and master the skills they have already learned.

XTREME 1 (10-14): 60 MINUTES

This class allows athletes to take their skills to the next level by spending more time on ninja obstacles to build more upper body strength. Students will build the strength and master techniques needed to conquer obstacles such as cliff hanger, rings, battering rams, devil steps and more. Additionally, they will learn new vaults, dive rolls, wall spins, play fun games, and get the opportunity to learn basic flips.
