These are our introduction classes to ninja for our younger students. Lil Ninjas focus on learning the basic skills needed in ninja as well as having a lot of fun exercising. In class athletes learn train on ninja equipment like the warped wall, rope swing, rock wall, rope latter, and an obstacle course adjusted bi-weekly.
These classes are designed for beginners who will learn skills such as ninja-style vaults, rolls, and wall spins. Also trampoline and tumbling basics, lache techniques, and how to use their momentum effectively on our array of ninja equipment. They will have fun as they build upper body strength and improve body coordination.
This class follows a similar, yet more intense curriculum as Ninja Beginner, focusing on ninja vaults, trampoline and tumbling basics, leche techniques, and how to use their momentum effectively on our array of ninja equipment. This class is for students who have demonstrated sufficient knowledge, skill and behavior in a Beginner class, ready for a more rigorous challenge to father their skill set and master the skills they have already learned.
This class allows athletes to take their skills to the next level by spending more time on ninja obstacles to build more upper body strength. Students will build the strength and master techniques needed to conquer obstacles such as cliff hanger, rings, battering rams, devil steps and more. Additionally, they will learn new vaults, dive rolls, wall spins, play fun games, and get the opportunity to learn basic flips.
This class is for athletes in middle school or with advanced Ninja skills. These classes move at a faster pace and give students a chance to be challenged by their coaches. Extreme 2 focuses on the same skill set as extreme one, however, students move from learning to mastering their ninja skills.
