Members who wish to discontinue or take a break must fill out our class withdrawal form which can be obtained from the front desk. This form needs to be turned back in to our administrator before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. By signing our registration form you agree to pay the remainder of your account’s balance even if you chose not to return to the remaining classes for the month.
When your child has missed a class you can call or email us and we will issue a make up “token”. These virtual tokens will allow you to schedule a make up for any other open class of the same level. Tokens will expire 30 days after they are issued, and only one token may be issued a month. Again, make up tokens can only be issued AFTER a child has missed their class, so if you expect to miss a class you will not be able to make it up in advance. Make ups are only for recreational classes. Team coaches will notify parents if they plan on making up missed practices.
Tuition is based on a four week schedule, so some months you will receive a 5th class of no extra charge. Because of this, we do not issue make ups due to holiday closing and closing due to weather.
