PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK TO DROP A STUDENT FROM A CLASS.
Only a notice via email, to our front desk will be acceptable.
Members who wish to discontinue their membership must email our administrator at eliteathleticslyhva@gmail.com. The email must be received by the last business day of the month that you wish to discontinue to avoid being charged for the next month.
Once accounts are charged on the 1st of the month, no refund will be given.
After your child has missed a class you can call or email us and we will issue a make up “token”. These virtual tokens will allow you to schedule a make up for any other open class of the same level. Tokens will expire 30 days after they are issued, and only one token may be issued a month. Again, make up tokens can only be issued AFTER a child has missed their class, so if you expect to miss a class you will not be able to make it up in advance. Make ups are only for recreational classes. Team coaches will notify parents if they plan on making up missed practices.
Tuition is based on a four week schedule, so some months you will receive a 5th class of no extra charge. Because of this, we do not issue make ups due to holiday closing.
