 Ninja team is a class designed for athletes who want to take their training to the next level and prepare themselves to compete in ninja competitions similar to American Ninja Warriors junior. This program focuses on building upper body strength, mastering balance obstacles, team building, and learning proper techniques to help athletes conserve strength and time on competitions.
